Use of social media to serve as both a resource and as a communication tool has been utilized in several projects. Toolkits and templates have been developed, updated, and retooled for a variety of public health initiatives, project management spreadsheets for use with action planning; action plans for implementation and evaluation; laminated checklists for disaster response efforts; resources to address language barriers; and continuous quality improvement (CQI) projects with cultural competency and awareness.
